Terms of Service

Global Gate Corporate Services
Effective date: July 13, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website globalgatecs.com (the “Site”), and any consultation, business setup, company formation, or PRO services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Global Gate Corporate Services (“we,” “our Narration,” “us”), a company licensed in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By accessing the Site, submitting an inquiry, or engaging our Services, you (“you,” “Client,” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or engage our Services.

1. Description of Services

We provide advisory and administrative services related to:

  • UAE company formation and business setup (mainland and free zone).
  • PRO (Public Relations Officer) services, including document processing, licensing, and government liaison support.
  • Visa, Emirates ID, and related administrative processing.
  • General consultation on UAE corporate structures.

We act as an intermediary and advisor in connection with these matters. We do not represent any UAE government authority, free zone authority, or regulator, and we do not guarantee approval, issuance, or outcome of any application submitted to a third-party authority.

2. Eligibility & Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Site or engage our Services. By submitting a form or contacting us (including by messaging “START”), you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to act on behalf of any business you represent.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or our systems.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Site without our written consent.

3. Consultations, Quotes & Engagement

Submitting an inquiry, requesting a consultation, or receiving a quote does not create a binding service agreement. A separate engagement — whether via signed proposal, service agreement, or invoice acceptance — is required before we begin work on your behalf.

Quotes provided during consultations are estimates based on the information available at the time and may be revised once full details of your requirements are confirmed. We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our sole discretion, including where we are unable to verify your identity or the legitimacy of your business activity.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees for our Services will be communicated via a formal quote or invoice prior to engagement. We do not collect or store payment card data through the Site.

  • Payments are made via secure invoice or direct bank transfer, as instructed at the time of engagement.
  • Government fees, licensing costs, and third-party charges (e.g., free zone authority fees, immigration fees) are separate from our service fees and are payable in addition, unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees paid for services already rendered (e.g., document preparation, submissions made to authorities) are non-refundable. Refund eligibility for undelivered services will be addressed on a case-by-case basis in your service agreement.
  • Delays or non-payment may result in suspension of services until outstanding amounts are settled.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation required to carry out the Services.
  • Ensure that all documents submitted to us are genuine and lawfully obtained.
  • Comply with all applicable UAE laws, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
  • Promptly notify us of any changes to your business, ownership, or circumstances that may affect an application or filing.

We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or penalties arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information or documents provided by you.

6. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we apply professional diligence in preparing and submitting applications, all approvals, licenses, visas, and registrations are ultimately issued at the sole discretion of the relevant UAE government or free zone authority. We do not guarantee:

  • Approval or timing of any application.
  • The outcome of any government process.
  • That a particular business activity, structure, or visa category will be approved.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Global Gate Corporate Services and is protected by applicable UAE and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Links & Tools

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party tools (including advertising, analytics, and CRM platforms) for functionality and marketing purposes. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party sites. Your use of such tools and sites is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details on the specific tools we use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or data.
  • Our total liability arising from any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for delays, errors, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including changes in government policy, regulatory processing times, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

10. Confidentiality

We treat information you provide to us as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to perform the Services, as required by law, or as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or non-payment. You may terminate an active engagement in accordance with the terms of your specific service agreement; fees for work already performed remain payable.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. The “Effective date” above indicates when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
